Privacy
In short
This site sets no cookies, embeds no external services, loads no fonts from third-party servers and measures no behaviour. There is no contact form. What is processed are the web server’s access logs — nothing else.
Controller
NordTrust Software GmbH i. Gr., Hamburg, Germany, represented by Andreas Asangarani. Full details are in the imprint. Privacy enquiries reach us at christian.opitz@nordtrust.software.
Server logs
When you open this site, your browser transmits technically necessary data which our web server records in a log file: truncated IP address, date and time, the address requested and the HTTP status code, the volume of data transferred, and browser and operating system as far as your browser sends them.
The purpose is technical operation and defence against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is in serving the site reliably and securely. Logs are deleted after seven days, are not combined with other data, and are not analysed for advertising or statistics.
Hosting
The site runs on a server in Germany and is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (TLS). No provider established outside the European Union is involved in the data path, and there is no transfer to third countries.
Contact by email
If you write to us, we process your details in order to answer you. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We keep your message for as long as answering it and statutory retention obligations require.
What this site does not do
- no cookies, no local storage, no session identifiers
- no analytics, tracking or advertising services
- no fonts, images or scripts from third-party servers
- no embedded videos, maps or social buttons
- no profiling and no automated decision-making
The water in the header is computed in your browser. Doing so reads whether your device supports WebGL and at what pixel density it draws — those details stay in the browser and are not transmitted.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on Art. 6 (1)(f) (Art. 21). An email to us is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; ours is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
